Winter Creek 2007 Sauvignon Blanc
Fruit sourced from the cool Adelaide Hills has been used in this outstanding wine. It was fermented in stainless steel and bottled early to retain freshness. The wine displays intense aromas of fresh tropical fruits and passionfruit. These aromas lead on to a crisp and clean palate with tropical fruits obvious.
