Winter Creek 2007 "Second Eleven" Shiraz Grenache
A blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Grenache grown at Williamstown in the Barossa Valley. Due to drought conditions, the 2007 vintage in the Barossa Valley was much smaller than normal and our vineyard was no exception. There was insufficient wine to bottle our usual straight Shiraz and Grenache Shiraz so the whole of our 2007 red wine production was blended together and released as our “Second Eleven”.
