Winter Creek 2007 Pinot Gris
Grown in the cool Adelaide Hills, this Pinot Gris is straw coloured, with zesty lifted aromas showing some citrus and pear characters leading to a firm and rich palate with grapefruit and green apple overtones.
Pinot Gris has grey coloured berries and to avoid any colour pick up in fermentation, the grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed.
