Goose-yard Block Shiraz
Possessing a dense, saturated black/crimson hue the Goose-yard Block Shiraz displays the concentration, poise and elegance that only the greatest of terroirs can achieve. A single vineyard Shiraz with extraordinarily concentrated black fruits, dark chocolate, mocha and spice; almost viscous in texture, yet not extractive. Unlike many other outsized examples of Shiraz, this has real energy to complement its thick, weighty texture and liqueur-like fruit. Suave, velvety tannins add structure on the expansive, very long finish.
