Adamo Barossa Valley Shiraz
In the glass the wine is a rich deep red colour, almost magenta and sets the tone for what is to come. Out of the glass aromas of dark cherry and plum are complemented with subtle chocolate and scorched earth and a hint of bath salts. From the outset the palate is soft and fleshy, with dense cherry and jubes. There is juicy length, fine tannins and hint of cola and balanced acidity.
